Town Clerk/Tax Collector Office Remodel
The Town of New Durham is seeking proposals from licensed Contractors to for an interior remodel of the Town Clerk & Tax Collector’s offices at the New Durham Town Hall.
Scope of Work
The Town is seeking custom design, fabrication, and installation of cabinetry, cabinets, countertops, and bookcases to increase the efficiency of Town offices. The project includes the removal of interior millwork and replacement of a service window and counter. Antique millwork will be available to blend in needed repairs. Some electrical work will be required to complete the project.
Cabinetry and countertops must be fabricated offsite and onsite work limited to Friday through Sunday to avoid impact to Town Services.
Response Requirements
All responses must provide the full name, address, and contact information of the proposer. Business documentation required would be the registration of the organization, proof of insurance, identification of the principals, as well as references.
