You are hereby notified that a Hybrid Public Hearing will be held by the New Durham Zoning Board on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM for Case #2025-008. The hearing is regarding an application submitted by Stephanie L. Richard, PE, of Changing Seasons Engineering, PLLC, on behalf of Anna M. Kelley for property located at Kendra Lane, Map 112, Lot 050. The applicant is requesting Variances to Article VI. C. (3) (a) – No privy, cesspool, septic tank, or sewage disposal area shall be constructed or reconstructed: ii. less than seventy-five (75) feet from any well, or from a dwelling other than to which it is appurtenant; Article VI. C. (3) (b)–No part of a leach field shall be located less than: i. twenty (20) feet from a property line on a lot less than 80,000 square feet; and Article XX. C. (2) – Such expansion does not make any existing lot, structure or use more non-conforming within the terms of this Ordinance.
