You are hereby notified that a ‘BALLOON VIEWING’ will be held by GMR Holdings, LLC, on Saturday, September 27, 2025, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm EDT for Case #2025-006. This ‘balloon viewing’ is regarding an application submitted by Dave Sykes of Green Mountain Holdings of NH, LLC, for property located at 320 Kings Highway, Map 209, Lot 034. The applicant is seeking to permit, construct, and operate a wireless telecommunications service facility and is requesting variances to New Durham’s Telecommunications Facility Ordinance, Article E. 3. Height. The maximum height of a telecommunications facility proposed under this regulation shall be 110 feet including antennas and all other appurtenances; and Article E 6. Setbacks and Separation Requirements. a. Towers must be set back a minimum distance equal to the tower height from all lot lines.

A balloon will be raised to 140 feet on the proposed site of the cell tower to determine visibility from the location you choose.
