PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE for Tuesday, January 6, 2026, 7:00 PM at NEW DURHAM TOWN HALL
You are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall.
The hearing is to: amend Zoning Ordinance Article III. Definitions, edit Zoning Ordinance Article VI.L. relative to ADUs, amend the Home Occupation Ordinance, and discuss a Short-Term Rental Ordinance.
