The hearing is regarding an Excavation Permit within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District and the Aquifer Protection Overlay District submitted by Anthony Jones of Jones & Beach Engineers, Inc., on behalf of Charles and Nancy McKay for property at Map 102, Lots 005 and 006, on Pine Point Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.
