The hearing is regarding a Stormwater Conditional Use Permit within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District, the Steep Slopes Conservation District, and the Shore Front Conservation Area submitted by Thomas W. Varney, of Varney Engineering, LLC., on behalf of Jeanne E. and Scott A. Clark, Trustees of the Jeanne Clark Revocable Trust for property at Map 101, Lot 018, at 237 North Shore Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.
