You are, hereby, notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is regarding a Subdivision within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District submitted by Paul F. Zuzgo, LLS, of Prospect Mountain Survey, on behalf of David Bickford for property at Map 253, Lot 023, at Old Bay Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.
